Ms Kenda

Ms Kenda

Kenda Kittelson has lived in Weyburn since 2013, and has grown to love the community! Ms. Kenda and her husband Shane have three beautiful children, Destah, Rhett, and Tate. She is originally from Estevan, however, moved to Regina in 2001 where she completed high school. Following high school she attended the University of Regina where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She worked in the accounting field for several years before starting a family. Since their first child was born, she has been fortunate to be able to stay home with her children. It has been in these past 8 years, as she has been raising her family, that she has come to realize that her true passion is Early Childhood Education. "I have always loved teaching my own children and I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to teach other children now as well. The preschool is something I am very passionate about and I am so grateful to be doing what I love." Ms Kenda has completed  training in Early Childhood Education and will forever be a lifelong learner. She is certified in First Aid and CPR.

Ms Natalie

Natalie Gray lives in Weyburn with her husband Kelvin and their three kids Mya , Dominik, and Dexter. Ms. Natalie was born and raised in the small town of Zenon Park, Saskatchewan. She was fortunate to attend a French Immersion School from preschool through grade 12 and is fluent in both English and French. In 2003 she moved to Regina where she received her Diploma in Cosmetology along with her Journey person certification. In 2010 her husband’s job brought them to Weyburn. In 2015, after their youngest was born, Natalie made the decision to begin operating a day home which allowed her to be at home with her own kids. This lead into the opportunity to link arms with Kenda as the co-owner of Smart Start Preschool and grow a passion for teaching. "Helping kids in their early years to expand their minds, to learn to be respectful, well mannered and kind is a true blessing. We are so grateful to all the families who continue to choose Smart Start Preschool." Ms Natalie has a Diploma in Child Psychology and is also certified in First Aid and CPR.

100 kids who care (tag line).png

100 Kids Who Care Weyburn is a giving circle with a vision to teach and inspire the next generation to give back to the community they live in. Kids will learn that happiness comes from making a difference in other people's lives. They will feel empowered to make their own choices throughout the process and learn valuable speaking and leadership skills. We desire to teach kids that no matter your age or wealth, they can make a difference.
